The wasps were definitely creepier.

Fortunately the starlings have actually just left. They were nesting for ages though and feeding the babies from ~5am onwards. It was just a constant racket.

Every time I’ve had to explain to anyone that I’ve not been sleeping well because I’ve “got starlings in the eaves” it sounds like I’m using a Victorian phrase for going crazy.

But no, there’s just actual birds nesting inside my roof.

Duskmourn Quick Draft just came back to MTGA as Tarkir leaves the rotation.

Fired one off and had a quick 7-2 with simic Manifest Dread. This is a friendly reminder that the blue enchant based removal is insane in this format. This deck had 1 rare in Balustrade Wurm and it played very smoothly.

Blue Prince is going to be one of those games where I'll love watching other people play it on Youtube, but only if it's an intentionally recorded Let's Play and not a stream VOD.

It's so hard to watch people play a slow burn mystery while 100 people scream hints at them.

Nice! I had a quick draft trophy that was almost mono green touching blue black for Death Begets Life. Also had Warden of the Grove, that card is so good. Protect it once with a Snakeskin Veil and it just runs over the game.

Oh my friend bought me Chants of Senaar for Christmas (or a birthday) a couple of years ago. It was a lot of fun!
