Cross-posted. Apparently some sports fans know this; I just accidentally discovered wearing latex gloves lets you clap REALLY loud. There must be an application for this in the resistance. And if not, it's super fun to clap & dance along with your favorite songs, & that too is an act of resistance.

We were a little hungry on Wed and Thu, though we paced ourselves and ended up with leftovers. I had to confront some privileges - such as my assumptions that snacks are always available, that dessert is daily, that coffee with sugar/cream is a "necessity" - over 3 days with none of the above.

This did come later than I'd expected, but it's come: "Trump orders gutting of 7 agencies, including Voice of America’s parent." Among the agencies targeted is IMLS (The Institute of Museum and Library Services, which funds and supports museums, libraries and archives).
