Go to shows and buy merch directly from artists when you can afford it. Bum someone a smoke outside the show and talk to them about their music. Dance to music at shows and don’t look at your phone while someone is performing.

Buy an mp3 player, pay for digital copies of music when you can afford it and pirate it when you can’t until you’re back in a position in which you can. Listen to the collection of music that you own and cultivated by hand and ear. Listen to it again. Share your collection with others.
