Today on cooking home grown tomatoes we are try a homemade ketchup. Also as always more basic sauce as well.

Being back on both diabetic meds is awful. My energy is at an all time low and my fucking stomach is disaster. This shit need to balance out soon.

Doing streaming the wrong way is going exactly as expected lol. Less people but also those who are stopping by are chatting and its nice. Not gonna lie its been fun and I'm enjoying Story of Seasons. Debating the rare back to back to backer.

This week made me realize a few things. 1 limiting my time on any socials is always the right idea 2 Its fun to just chat into the void while I game & streaming. With that said I plan to stream more but no announcements, planning. Essentially doing streaming the least optimal way

So I accidently saved over my streaming file of SoS Grand Bizarre... so if things on stream today or tomorrow seem different then when we left off... thats why... also expect stream to and/or tomorrow. My brain needs a brake and comfy farming is the answer

Got a lot of board gaming in with the family and two friends who came over to the parents. Did a pizza bar for dinner that night which went well. Finally on Sunday mostly got home relaxed and finally cleaned my car out as well as some other cleaning.

So in my time offline I managed to make my ghost pepper hotsauce which was amazing but also almost killed my mother when I asked her to help stir and transfer it to the food processor. Also dehydrated and powerderd some tomatoes

So starting tomorrow im going to be taking a 4 day mental break from being online (except work unfortunately). I find it only makes things worse and Also to prove to myself I can do it.

This week has been a mixed bag. As lovely as its been to be with the family and on the farm its been one of the worst weeks of work I've had in a long time. Im stressed and angry and tired and its taking a toll that outweighs the calm and fun of being out here.

I wish I had stronger internet at my parents place. I would have streamed the hot sauce making process. It was fun but holy cow did I have 0 clue what I was doing. Title would have been... Online dipshit tries to learn how to make hot sauce... that said it came out great!

Im realizing all the stuff we make taste very different but look very similar since its mostly tomatoe based lol. But the feta cherry tomatoe mix was great

Back at the farm... today its more sauce, a feta cherry tomato thing whose name is Idont know and a thick pizza sauce... pictures will come later lol

Last one of the night did another large batch of tomatoes sauce with my mother and this ones even better than last time. I think the tomatoes were just more ripe.

First batch of homemade tomato sauce from my tomatoes my mother's garlic and onion and my basil. Its really good but thought id share the progress from my first year with a home garden.

So I have a nice long 5 day weekend. I am very out of the loop and feeling very disconnected from all my online homies. Anyone want play/teach me any of the new games going on or maybe an old classic i haven't played?

The class is done and the tool carry is done. Such an enjoyable class

Update the tomatoes have taken over along with the cilantro send help... also the peppers are slowly coming along except the scotch bonnet which seem to want to stay the same size...

I need to meet more people who are awake from like 12:00-6:00 EST.

I feel like all the Americans I know are asleep, all the Europeans I know are asleep or heading to work, and all the AUS/JP people are working.

I'm in this in between time zone and all alone.
