Just got a feeling Gordon Elliott is going to have a hell of a festival.
He was still reeling last year from his suspension.
Heβs got his string in unbelievable form. Wouldnβt be surprised to see him have five+ winnersβ¦

Cannot comprehend the opposition to Lossiemouth in the Mares race.
Sheβs won just shy of a million quid and won at three festivals - The Triumph and two Mares races.
She will sluice up.

The (BBCβs) idea that domestic bills are safe when oil and gas go through the roof is nuts. How do they think every import gets to your local Tesco?
Energy prices going up is the single biggest driver of inflation of everything.
Every single thing that is made or transported uses energy.
In World War II it is estimated that 4% of bombs hit their target. 4%.

Filled my tank up. 6p a litre higher than last week.
Thatβll do wonders for your inflation figures, Rach.
I lasted in racing for just over 12 months. Itβs a wonderful sport that succeeds despite its governance. Many well intentioned people. Many lovely people. All of whom are trying to pin jelly to a wall.

Government is intent on backing AI.
As yet unproven and un-monetised.
A massive drain on energy and currently hollowing out youth employment.
And in return all we have to sacrifice is our creative industries - envied the world over and generating in excess of 5% the UKβs GDP.

It does no one any favours for the chancellor to blame inflation caused by exiting Covid and Russiaβs invasion of Ukraine on domestic policy choices.
Because now when oil and gas prices surge and inflation spikes again it is her fault (and not the situation in Iran).
Even if you donβt believe in climate change (which makes you an idiot), itβs so clear today why we quickly need to end our reliance on oil.

Been saying elsewhere, VAR isnβt the issue. The standard of refereeing on and off the pitch, and the total inconsistency in applying laws is the issue.
Weβve got the same poor refs but with added technology too.
Like giving better running shoes to someone with a broken legβ¦
Other sports have adopted technology with so fewer issues. I donβt understand why football canβt?
It feels like refs werenβt good enough so we tried to fix it with tech. Now
weβve got refs who are still not good enough using tech (and using it really badly).
Iβm glad weβre in the championship!
watched MoTD for 1st time in years and my feeling is the technology isnβt the problem, the refs make a horlicks of applying it. Sunderland had a clear penalty and Burnleyβs equaliser should only be ruled it if itβs βclear and obviousβ and given it took over 5 mins how can it have been?! Madness.

The media is obsessed with pushing right wing division.
The truth is that decent honest people donβt give a toss about people crossing the channel.
They donβt get up and check how many boats set sail.
Theyβve been told that these boats equate to hard times for them.
They donβt. Billionaires do.
