It was a chilly but sunny afternoon when we took what will hopefully become a familiar walk, an annual pilgrimage to visit Fraser's final resting place. When liquids freeze, ions normally grind to a halt — but not in our new materials!
Our latest paper in @science.org shows how organic salts can keep the same ionic conductivity mechanism as they transform from liquid to solid.
