I think the main reason that I rarely involve reunion characters in my AUs is mainly

1. Other than the obvious ones like faust & talulah, they hardly have any thematic significance to his character, and their personalities don't rly,create much unique dynamic

2. Talulah being "Talulah" is-

Since I have like 3 main theories about mephisto's family structures so I managed to squeeze way too many AU ideas for this guy (never finishes any of them even in my head & with how random they are I'm too embarrassed to even speak about the majority of them)

It's kinda embarrassing how many AUs I have for mephisto that don't involve any character he's interacted with in canon. Like, I'd just choose random guys from the roster or sometimes create OCs in my head so I can create the situations I want
