SO, essentially, the model is spitting out outcomes for the matchups using both long term, mid, and short term statistics, which I then aggregate to come up with ideal plays based on all three different outcomes. This way I am able to check for trends, or hot vs. cold teams

Just to clarify some of the sats I'm posting from the Model here.
The model is running three separate simulations, 2500 simulations each using each teams stats.
One simulation running using teams last 100gp stats
another using last 50gp stats, and then the last 25gp stats

projected score: 2.91-3.81
shots: 27.99 - 33.57
score (L25gp sims) 3.31-4.49
Model loves vegas in this spot, but has the Habs keeping it close (+1.5 60%). Shows vegas with 13.38 HDCF to Habs 10.71. The over 6.5 hits at a 71% rate L25gp sims.
