Awesome. Flying what? I also used to dive, but haven’t for several years. Need to get back into it. There’s nothing like the freedom of the vast depths and hanging with all its little creatures. Now I’m going to go through my old photos- thanks for the memory trigger.

I have a guitar, but I can’t play it. Maybe one day. I love to wake surf and enjoy a good movie.

Apart from writing/reading, what other hobbies do you have?

Happy New Year. I don’t do resolutions but I did decide to write at least an hour today, play some board games with my daughter and walk my dog a little longer. Maybe it’s a start?

Seriously. I have a slight throb in my temple now and I was snippy with my teen (I mean, that part is normal). I have too much faith in people. I need to let it go. I will. I promise.

I can’t choose. It’s like choosing a favorite child. There are too many amazing works of art on screen and in print and I just can’t 🤪.

Agree. I think people are just holding a spot there but are not checking in or chatting anymore. It sucks. I loved the writing community on there. I hope it builds more here and we can re-engage all the great artists.

Hey. I know you…like in person. Hope you are well. Yes, I am considering dumping it. It just took so long to get build up that great writing community. It’s hard to ignore the noise though. It’s so toxic now.

I accidentally clicked on X. I haven’t been there for a while but I had a notification and I got sucked in. My blood pressure is now high. I’m just an innocent Canadian trying to keep away from that stuff but dear lord it’s messy over there. I need a drink-maybe bourbon 🤪.

I just had this talk with my daughter. I was telling her to read some essays to help her with writing them and she was like “why?” and then we had a very long chat and research session. Teens are fun 😏.

For sure. Holding back leads to nothing accomplished.
