RIP Alex Pretti- murdered by ICE Officers for the crime of trying to protect women who were legally observing their (ICE's) behaviors. Shot 10 times for having a legal concealed gun. It was concealed, holstered on his person.

I just get confused as that doesn't resemble any pyramid I've ever seen. Nor does it provide much direction.

These are people who may not even know what they did wrong or ICE decided they look like an "illegal". DHS posts vague national data about arrests but these are people who are not charged with any crimes and are legal citizens.

I'm trying to find out how many Detentions ICE has forced without charges. Anyone know where I can find that data? In Minnesota there have been many US Citizens - who even provide ID; brought to the Whipple Detention Center in Minneapolis and then released after anywhere from a few hours or days.

It is a waste to try to appeal to the MAGA / Christian Nationalists- they are extremists who are extremely dangerous. Appeal to the many who are not in those groups who will support you and do what they can to advocate and try to protect all humans.

In my opinion what Trump tapped into was the very long period of greater income inequality, troubling poverty and especially the impacts of infrastructure on small, rural communities. The message to these communities in distress was it was because of the liberals who didn't care about them.

Glad to have been able to watch the live stream of Good Night and Good Luck last night. Poignant and well deserved of the many accolades this play has received. It is grounding to recognize facing corruption is difficult but worthwhile to protect our fundamental principles.

Resisting by: meeting people I have no connection to; learning about other communities; and the National Parks I have not explored. I am reinforced with my belief that small communities invest more in their communities traditions than larger communities per capita....

after watching a documentary about 4chan and 8chan; sites with little to no oversight, I am getting concerned about this experiment- bluesky. I do not want any part of a site that in its "freedom" invites people to engage in hateful and antisocial behavior.
