I've only just gotten in to Magic in the past year or so (thanks temporary roommates) and Duskmourn/Bloomburrow are both my jam, but I love the old Lorwyn/Shadowmoor and most of Innistrad as well.

MARTA in Atlanta for example only has 4 lines on its trains, but they have week/weekend route changes that get confusing if you're not local.

MetroLink in St. Louis, on the other hand, only has 2 lines on its trains, but a heck ton of buses. Thankfully their transit app is robust as hell, though.

This is pretty standard in most systems I've seen, and with a decent map it's pretty quick to parse out where to go, but it's always a slight learning curve because every transit authority runs a little different than each other.
