Job seekers don't realize that it's not required to put your home address or legal name on your resumes & cover letters in Canada. These lead to biases. Modern trend is that b/c it's all online applications. That's what an interview is for, to talk more about your work experiences. No hobbies.

I finally got fed up w/ having to dig through emails + bookmarks to figure out where procedural manuals + homepage links are, so after yet another lawyer asked for the same link as another lawyer did, I put all of the links & renamed links into a Word doc & posted it on the group chat. Common sense

In prisons, they have religious leaders that prisoners can access. Ironic. People can believe in Jesus, etc. and still murder people. Two things can be truth simultaneously. USA allows people to have easy access to firearms, even illegal ones got smuggled into Canada. So many unnecessary deaths.
