Preach, from what I've heard it ignores virtually everything from the second movie but is supposedly 15 years after it. So it's canon but also a bunch of plot points that are extremely relevant from the second movie are just... not addressed at all

Hmmm she could have been launched into the Mojave area from Mothership Zeta during the events of that DLC that could even explain the wild wasteland encounter if they were looking for her. Sorry the concept got me excited for it's potential.
