I remember coins, a lot of rubber figurines, candles in square metal tins, those weird hot cocoa mugs, stuffed animals, etc. like the merch that you could win from that time.

When the store closed in the 80’s the employees took anything that wasn’t nailed down. My dad has had these boxes almost as long as I’ve been alive.

The kids are okay.

I have boxes of toys from CEC. All from the time of the video game crash - 81 to 84. When I visit my dad in FL I’ll snag a few pieces and get them to you. I’d much rather someone get joy from them instead of just sitting in boxes in the garage.

When I lived in Florida, my neighborhood had peacocks. Now those are some annoying as fuck birds. Funny thing is, this was in 1992. They’re still there till this day.
