What science fiction and fantasy video games have you all been playing? I finally took the plunge into Metroid Dread and it is killer.

Any fans of Fire & Ice? It's worth watching for the visuals alone. Can't go wrong with Frank Frazetta and rotoscoping. Sword and sorcery is a tough genre to produce as a film without an endless budget, but there were some valiant attempts in the 80's.

Just picked up a few of the original Vampirella magazines from my local comic book store. I think this cover might be my favorite...

Everyone has their favorite depictions of Middle Earth, but for me, it's hard to beat John Howe's illustrations.

Dark fantasy season has arrived! Kicking things off with a movie that traumatized me as a child and now delights me as an adult. That tree scene is... something else.

To me, Ian Miller is one of the fantasy illustration GOATs. I just picked up his book, The Art of Ian Miller, and the art within is absolutely stunning.
