Central Café is tucked inside a labyrinth of small shops and stalls, deep within the old Stratford Shopping Centre in East London. No music blasting, no hoards, no branded advertisement all over the place. Just some regulars and me, with my journal & cards, sipping on a £1.80 hot chocolate.
