I was debating how much detail I should give, and in the end decided that being open about my own mental health is the best way to go about things. First thing my one on one therapist with my program learned about me is I'm mourning a Japanese racehorse as if she were my own livelong pet.

So that's how that's going.

Personally I think management of non-native English speakers should be warning them of controversial things but... Let's just remember all the GTAV stream incidence. Management ain't putting energy into that.

Idk, I think it's coming from when I was into professional overwatch and every other day another non-native English speaker said a word they did not know was a slur, just a word they heard being on NA servers for the first time.

Like... The intent is important.

Like. I think we should def be speaking up and telling streamer "hey that isn't cool," but also we need to kind of. Empathize. With the fact that a lot of issues that we face as an English speaking community... Often only reach said English speaking community. Not a lot of ppl are translating things

My take is I think there's a big difference between an English speaking streamer who is well in the know about western issues playing hogwash legacy vs. a non-english streamer in places that don't really talk about a lot of that.

Might do a stream where I reflect on everything that's happened to this game (that I can remember) (it's a lot. At least a lot for me.)

I can't even say I wish the game could continue bc you know what? It's served its purpose. Ten years. And you can tell they were grasping at ideas. They wanted to improve the meta with each new type of gacha. Skills were getting WAY too complex.
