I really don’t know how Noem can survive these Congressional hearings. The ignorance, incompetence and lying that she displayed were breathtaking.

I was going to scroll right by this, but thought it to be so ridiculous that I had to share it. First, it is hard to believe that the person who owns that house and yard really has the money to build that facility. And, as Christopher points out, why would you want to survive the nuclear strike?

Trump officials obviously have been told that to avoid perjuring yourself, you simply have to avoid answering questions. The best way to do that is to filibuster the member of Congress’ time with nonsensical non responsive statements with the Chair’s blessing. Dems soon will hold those gavels.

Imagine having a Chairman of this committee who orders the witness to answer the question that was posed to him/her. That day is coming…much sooner than these witnesses would like.

Trump’s endorsement of Cornyn and forcing Paxton to stand down likely will pave the way for a Talarico win. I hope that Paxton stands his ground and, after a scorched Earth campaign against Cornyn, prevails in his efforts to run against Talarico. Talarico stands a good chance of winning either way.

We know that Israel is going to attack Iran. We know that Iran will attack us after that attack. We are attacking Iran to proactively degrade Iran’s ability to attack us after Israel’s attack on Iran. Soooo…our attack is defensive. You are not buying this logic? Good.
