I've searched our email history and I'm not finding those reports. Please contact us again, in the meantime our latest update 4.0.4 includes a number of crash fixes so hopefully your issue was part of that?

If you open the Console app you should find some info under Crash Reports? We're very keen to get to the bottom of this as it sounds like some kind of system incompatibility (which of course shouldn't be happening!)

Sorry about that. We're going through some transition here. Is your copy from the App Store or direct from us? Can you share the crash report?

We've also had to make a shift from Digital River to FastSpring at the beginning of the year.

Digital River has unfortunately filed for bankruptcy and this has caused us quite a lot of financial pain.

In better news, we are happy to report the switch is done and the plasq store is back online.
