Something curious though is that NPCs that use that title of Skymaster are typically Dragonhawk Masters (blood elf flight paths). That of course is also pure speculation, but given the possible relevance of elves it may be worth mentioning

This comes up in relevance to the newer silver/blue colored dragonflight shoulders/tabard/helm/cloak combos. Some speculation was that the name "Skymaster" would be associated with dragon racing. But without any data, that very likely isn't the case at all.

The third is the scenescripts and course ring data itself. These are a bit more difficult to organize and map out beforehand. Generally the course data will be in the game and have the xyz chords for each ring, can't recall which db2 but they'd also show the data, and I don't think those are present

Normally the evidence for such is displayed in a few ways. The easiest to check is the currency IDs, and none of those popped up. All race scores are kept in currency that don't show up in your tab but can be queried with addons. The other is map waypoint POIs, which addons can waypoint arrow onto.

A bit of a reminder since I saw it elsewhere but:
There's still no data for Pandaria Cup, nor the rest of continuing expansions. There's been an unused green racer set for a while but that's all. The old calendar events seem to have been scrapped and there's no evidence they got reimplemented.

it's interesting from a social perspective seeing how people reconcile the seeming "inconsistency" and how many people jump to "oh that's incorrect" before "trans"

there are legitimately times where a quest bug/solution can be resolved by just looking at wowhead comments, *sometimes* it's just a matter of a user not looking. but usually when you're putting in a ticket, you need an actual human to look at the issue to fix it

i think the most egregious part of this (other than obviously offloading all work to the "burn world resources for shitty advice" machine) is that they're posing as a human response. you're waiting for hours for a ticket response to get some garbage solution. it's not some optional thing
