In the garden to begin the weekend and unwind with this bottle, not a new maker to me but a new variety. Heard of this variety, possibly from Liz copas book, never seen it before. Quite alot of tannins tempered with medium sweetness(fresh juice backsweetened maybe) π€to find a dry SJ one day.

I go for getting all the flavour in, by poaching smoked haddock and mussels in d.cream first. Is it chowder or Cullen skink,who cares utterly tastes good.
