Came into work with a latte and my coworker was like "Holy shit, [my name] has coffee instead of tea, shit's getting serious." Indeed. Time to slam through an absurd amount of orders. Yey busy season.

my schedule for the next few months is definitely ambitious, especially given it is busy season burnout at work, but it should be doable if I keep on top of everything

that said, I have a ton of shit to get done in the next week-ish

Luckily I don't have access to my work email outside of work hours (by my own choice). But sometimes I get in to work and see the emails that came in over night and am like "why". But yeah. I will send the email, lol.

That makes sense using it that way! I probably wouldn't use it for anything, but I want to test some of the methods using it out of curiosity. Plus I'm testing quick & dirty binding methods that are meant to be cheap/quick/easy rather than archival, so it fits.

It's not good for long term, no. Since I'm testing quick & dirty binding methods, I'll give it a go since they're meant to be cheap and easily accessible, not to be archival. I doubt I'll never use it for a print run of binding my own stuff tho.

I have!! Oat milk is definitely my favorite not-milk for beverages like hot cocoa and latte. Never done homemade though :O It the first time I'm trying coconut milk dairy alternative (I got the Silk brand one) and it definitely has coconut flavor. So whatever put it with has to go well with coconut.

That's what I'm questioning too. Like will it really keep a book cover on very well??? Even if it's a simple floppy, I'm not convinced. But I got some double sided tape and will try it.

The amount of double-sided tape used in casual Japanese book binding astounds me. I don't think I've ever seen double sided tape used in casual Western book binding. I'm curious to try it.
