Hell it’s not even that I disliked the mechanics themselves, it just felt like they were being drastically overused. It felt like every encounter had some kinda “turn into ball and complete this obstacle course to unlock DPS” nonsense

Finally finished edge of fate. My opinion: I love the story, didn’t like the mechanics

the fact that destiny: rising will get sparrow racing and they couldn't do that for destiny 2 for its whole lifespan is crazy
