I think I could use a better webcam for face tracking too, but at a point I have to acknowledge the problem is in fact just my face.

There's so much more I want to add to this but I kind of hit the cap on the free version of cubism. All 50 deformers and all 30 parameters are used up :c

So I've been working on my model some

I wasn't super happy with the range of motion so I spent some time today trying to improve it. There are definitely some parts where the deformations look weird, but honestly, it makes her look like jelly when she moves around and I love it.
