Met a young guy with back pack. He looked like being out there for a very long run. Ask him if he’s interested to run together. Turns out he’s trying for a marathon. He never run more than 15km. Decided to be with him. I pushed him to an half.
Thad was fun.

It was pacing week at Catford #parkrun, I had 3️⃣0️⃣ on my back and ran a couple of seconds under. Removing branches and litter from the course (course check) before. Running around and being silly with a two year old afterwards.

It's a bank holiday in my state today. Which i completely forgot! 🙈So now I have to drive to the next door state (no holiday!) to do my food shopping. Luckily I live near state borders 🙃

Had a go to see where we are today. 5k in just under 34 minutes ain't so bad. Had COVID a few weeks ago and it's really knocked the fitness. No matter, it will just make the comeback all the more glorious!

Day 304 - Broken cloud, windy, mild, wet.
Took Wilbur dog a different, slightly longer recivery route today which put a spring in his step. Must be a bit bored of the usual circuit and proves that he's got a bit more pace than he lets on. Horse Mushrooms 🍄🟫
