I read "Options" in my early twenties. It left a lasting impression but I couldn't remember much about it. Recently re-reading it, I've solidified its place in my heart and memory. Now I'm curious to revisit other old favorites like "Sandra Beck." Anybody else revisited a forgotten favorite?

"πππͺπ€π¬, π€ππͺπ€π¬ on a typewriter. ππ€π³π’π΅π€π©, π΄π€π³π’π΅π€π© with a little Japanese pencil. These were the sounds of our future, we thought. Sweating all alone as our minds dreamed us elsewhere. As we conjured that elsewhere with careful adjectives and just-so words. We were totally fucking wrong about that."
