Credits roll on Final Fantasy Tactics Ivalice Chronicles. I really enjoyed the updates to the game and the voice acting addition. Cannot recommend it highly enough if you have never played it.

So when I finish games, I've been typically giving a small blurb and a 1 to 10 score.

This year, I am going to go with a ranking I feel is more useful. I will either highly recommend, recommend, situationally recommend, advise against, strongly advise against or you gotta try yourself.

Direct was a nothing burger for me, but glad for the people who really only game on their switch getting some titles that werent available to them to enjoy.

Anyone know of any good in-ear monitors that work well for them?

I’m getting a little tired of headsets, and I’m happy to suffer with wires again.

I also just…don’t wanna use Steelseries Sonar anymore.

It was beyond my control, but I still put it on myself for not planning better & thinking if someone else was doing it, itd go fine.

Im a work in progress, still facing lots of old demons that I haven't figured out. I apologize if I worried anyone. All I can do is keep trying. Ty for understanding.

I grew up, routinely, not invited to things, but the one who had to invite others. This kinda, dug in a notion of "you gotta be useful for people to want you around". This ties to the project.

I wanted to do it to kinda show "see, I can do stuff too" and when I hit a roadblock I hit hard. 🧵

While I tried to shake it off, being just "old man Retin" and nothing more wasn't a prospect I felt I could handle.

On the heels of that, I started a new project. I know a lot of people I feel are unbelievably talented. I often question how I do as I'm not really proficient at anything particular 🧵

That said, I do my best not to focus on it and just enjoy what I enjoy and find new spaces and friends to hang with.

In a recent space I thought would be fun, my age was brought up and jokes were made regarding it. Enough so that my comfort in said space was demolished. 🧵

To get the ideas out of my head, and potentially help someone else that might feel similar, lemme talk about my weekend struggle a bit.

To start, I've voiced being sensitive about my age. While I am working to reframe how I view it, I do mostly still see it as something that "others" me. 🧵
