deadlifts are starting to scare me a bit, crossed the 200 threshold a little bit ago but its becoming noticeable when i dont lift properly. really need to make sure im using my legs

been eating a lot healthier overall, ive started cooking for myself more and getting things done prepped of time

random fitness update:

still been hovering around 190 lbs, but i feel like im noticing myself becoming a lot leaner, which honestly makes me happier than anything else

squat weight is progressing smoothly

if i fail bench on my last rep again for 5x5 i might let the bar drop on my neck

personal thing id share now that im also on this side:

i finally hit a milestone of weighing <190 lbs. been going to the gym and adjusting my diet for the past month and im glad its finally paying off. i gained a lot of weight since taking a day job so im hoping i can get back into shape properly.
