To add to this- It's also okay if you come back to a piece and it just feels like it's not working out. I know it can feel horrible or like you've wasted time but even things you feel have failed are worth the time invested x you can learn a lot about your limits, where you want to improve etc x

Can confirm, sometimes if you're struggling with a drawing but can't figure out where you're going wrong- step away. Come back to it later with a clear head and fresh perspective. Very often, you'll figure out what was bugging you and/or feel better about what you're working on x
