Maria holds her wand aloft. Beams of light spread from her wand as it extends. She says "it's time... to clean the patio." And then she uses the magic from her wand to blow the leaves away and then wash the patio down. Her cat says "you shouldn't really use magic for chores." Maria retorts "as you're a cat, you shouldn't really talk."

I’m fed up with people pointing out all the mistakes in my poetry so I’ve written them this poem; it’s called ‘Pedant’s’.

Worth travelling across the old Severn Bridge to see this wonderful Gallipoli relic in Chepstow. Commemorates the Victoria Cross action of local man, Able Seaman Bill Williams R.F.R. during the River Clyde landings at V Beach, Seddul Bahr.

Roles    He never got to play  the part of Joseph;  he was one of those kids  who no one noticed.    The type barely seen and more rarely heard, not a Herod or Innkeeper, no Second Shepherd. He never got to wear  the crown of a king  or the wings of an angel (no one knew he could sing).    No, instead he would be Brown Cow Number Four, A Rock or A Bauble, The Stable Door.    And now – forty years on –   it still made him wince,  for it seemed that his life  hadn’t changed that much since.  Brian Bilston
