It's the Zone Mortalis terrain set. I have a mix of the Games Workshop sets (floors, walls, doors) and 3D printed some others. Usually used for Necromunda or 30K Zone Mortalis games.

The doors felt too flat when we were playing yesterday, time to add some hazard stripes!
