I got printable tattoo paper so I could figure out exactly what I want my 8tz tattoos to be, and I think I’ve got it. The plan is to do either one or both of these as my Christmas present to myself, it depends on what they’ll cost. If I can only swing one, the other might be for my birthday in April

That said, I also have two wips that are break up fics, but they still aren’t/wont be sad endings to me. A relationship ending doesn’t mean it failed, and not everyone is meant to hold a specific place in our lives our entire lives.

Apart from one fic that I specifically left ambiguous because it has a (still unwritten) sequel, I prefer happy endings. And if it’s not a “and they lived happily ever after” ending, it’s at least pointing in the direction of happiness. Writing is my escape, so I don’t want be to sad at the end.

I gave myself a goal of 15k for August, and i'm now only 176 words away from that (i added yellow for the days i did write but didn't hit that specific daily wc goal)

I managed to write 2.2k today in about an hour and a half. Am I finally getting back into the swing of writing?

Going fancy today and using the laptop instead of the iPad~ (aka I finally tracked down the cord for it because I had a something else I needed to do on a computer instead of a tablet)
