I never tell my friends who are going through early parenting this cause this is totally true, it's a wasted sentiment. Instead I tell them: If you can find the energy, create new family traditions now. Later, you'll deeply appreciate the special, small events and rituals that you can share.

Now I've been told many times, very angrily, that the Dems are the good guys and it's silly to suggest otherwise. Yet there are 200-something Dems in the House so the math here doesn't seem to add up. Curious!
