My BTS photocard holder now has a beaded charm attached to it - a long strand of pearl beads with a heart in the middle and a butterfly at the end

Such a tricky day with my Woofle. Hard therapy appointment has resulted in loads of tears and general exhaustion. Shes now asleep in my bed, but before she fell asleep she made me this charm for my PC holder
