Oof, it's been a while! But hey, big news! I'm working on my first solo book, shooting for a June 2026 publish date! This is a spin-off story featuring several characters from THEORETICALLY STRAIGHT and THEORETICALLY PERFECT, starring loveable goofball, Oliver Hammond.

"Edward!" Stede exclaimed in apparent surprise and delight. "You came! I figured you'd probably stop by the bar, but I wasn't entirely positive Geraldo would pass my note along; he and Jackie aren't especially fond of me, if I'm honest, so one never knows." Ed chuckled and stepped inside as Stede welcomed him in and took the cue to to his shoes off at the door. (He figured Stede wouldn't care either way if he wore them, but Stede was in socks and pajamas, basically, and Ed was in no mood to feel stuffy or professional when he looked so cozy.) "Are they not?" he asked as he followed him into the living room. "What'd you do?" "Oh, gosh," Stede sighed, looking every bit the son of wealth he was in such a stately space. "It was so long ago— three years, at least— but I accidentally knocked over a bottle of something Jackie was quite sentimental over. Not that it was my fault it was on the edge of the bar, of course, but admittedly, I think knowing who my father was had something to do with it; I've really had to earn people's trust around here. Entirely fair, of course, but if there's one thing Jackie and her husbands can do, it's hold a grudge." Ed was interested in the use of the plural, there, because he knew very little about Jackie or her story, but it didn't seem important at the moment.
