Experience Design is about finding the gaps in intent Rather than fighting over vertical ownership, design has the unique opportunity to embrace a horizontal model of decision-making.

Is there a better metaphor for UX design than the fenced-in unicorn?

Wrote this for work so it's a *little* cringe but it's my earnest advice to designers trying to fight PMs for "ownership" of decision-making. There is another (better) way.
