i used to work at a kennel in the middle of the woods surrounded by deers and regularly came home with ticks on me id find when id shower or like in my hair n stuff lol

was exposed to a really bad mouse infestation and mold right before my health tanked too. was living in a slum apartment and there would be mouse shit in my bed when i woke up sometimes. one even crawled up my arm when i was sleeping once/woke me up.

rly think i have parasites from growing up in a home with animal hoarding my whole life + working around animals for most of it

ie: my parents made me keep cats & the litterbox (that no one cleaned) in my room as a kid. weren't allowed out of my room. theyd shit on the floor with visible tapeworms.

also lol i called like right after that and the soonest that GP could see me (after calling on Sept 20th) for a huge lymph node swelling in my neck and a rash across my neck..... was october 16th. almost a month away.

so i had to go to a different GP that doesn't have me on financial assistance 🤡

they gave me antibiotics and i am once again on antibiotics for like the 11th time since 2023

i feel so much fucking better when in antibiotics. what is continuously lurking in my body that makes me so ill in this way.

i think i need to be dewormed, but doctors will look at me like a skitzo.

so the polite thing to do, if you care about someone, is avoid the touchy subject for their wellbeing.

ie: someone says thinking about red apples upsets them due to memories. i go out of my way not to bring up red apples even though i like red apples. not a big deal. ptsd shit.

its mental/emotional labor that you end up having to deal with in order to navigate being mentally cued to think about the event, again. you either have to spend energy to maintain good mindset, or allow mood to be shifted to a potentially negative/detrimental place.

might have to explain to her how ptsd works. perpetrator guilt vs victim ptsd stuff different.

like every time she touches the trigger of mom + jesus shes cueing you to think about the event whether you "forgive" her or not, and it causes dissociation/anxiety/sadness/mood shift.
