Facebook and Instagram users complain of account bans After Meta said some Facebook Groups were wrongly suspended, users tell the BBC the impact it is having - and say it's a wider problem.

I was suspended on Facebook 2nd June with no explanation, just an accusation that I might not have followed community standards. It's now been 31 days. I appealed my case, uploaded a photo of myself as identification, and emailed them x3 times last month. No response.

As Alex Warren's 'Ordinary' has been the UK number one single for 12 weeks, l thought it was about time l finally listened to it.

Verdict? Well, the song title is certainly accurate.

Just to let you know, I've been suspended from Facebook since 2nd June. I've heard it can sometimes last up to 30 days!

No idea what I've done wrong, they still haven't told me. Maybe it's the photos of my loud shirts or my bad dad jokes! Anyway, just letting the world know I'm still alive! :)

Hello @bandcamp.com is it just me or is your website not working at the mo? Perfect timing, just as I'm trying to gather some new music together for my radio show!!

Obvs 60s stuff. I discovered Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band in my teens. But as new bands emerge, I usually know of them early on. Not always though. I knew Heavenly before Talulah Gosh! I find it odd how TMBG keep finding new fans. Here in the UK people generally discovered them in the 90s or never did!

@elefantrecords1.bsky.social have just sent me a song that's 61 minutes long!! So if I play it in on @dandelionradio.bsky.social next month, my 2-hour show will be a piece of p*ss!

I remember Simon saying there must surely be at least one person in the room with Covid. And Radcliffe was offering a free loo roll with every purchase of his CD! And pre-masks, I took the tube around London wearing gloves, thinking that was the solution!
