Freedom runs were really a response to not being able to parkrun due to Covid, for 72 weeks parkrun was shutdown.
I am not so sure people log them so much anymore. Most use an app like Strava to record your run, (or watch app), its handy to keep a record though!

20p a mile is a start, but surely if you fuel your body, that should be circa 45p per mile as normal!

More than ever we need factual reporting without bias. We need our tax payer funded news service to be a responsible organ of our times, (not the current Govt). World service needs to be World Class! Perhaps we approach the news service as stand alone, and entertainment as a commercial venture.

Bizarrely, the common is to the RHS of the parked car in this picture and the Road could be easily widened to make an extra metre of road for a parking strip.

Doesn't Elon have to sell 1000 robots to make the grade for his $1Tn package, ergo devise a sure fire way to sell such robots. BTW I do think 1000 units is a very low bar to set. Novelty value alone there would be a ready market from those with more money than sense!

The movies were taken over by the hedge funds, that's why they are so expensive. Stop going. Stop paying those prices. Most cinemas are just sheds with a bit of soundproofing!
