I think the person I QRT'd this from will be pleased to know they're from a show he worked on, and I think you'll be pleased to know I'd be safe and sound.

With Nintendo putting GameCube games on the Switch 2 and Sakurai-sama busy with Kirby Air Riders, how much longer will it be before the Smash community is frothing at the mouth for a new Smash game and Nintendo replies by putting Melee on there? And it's the European patch version no one plays.

One day, despite everything, the orange menace will be dead, his fascist regime being but a point in history that the future will not look back kindly on.

If for no other reason, keep living to see that day.

I posted about this on Twitter years ago, but I wanted to reshare it here.

On the DVD for "Jonah: A VeggieTales Movie", there's a commentary track with series creators Phil Vischer and Mike Nawrocki, in-character as Mr. Lunt and Larry as if they were producers on the film.

And it's comedy gold.

I don't know who made the social media rule that you always have to be constantly angry and seething at people just living their life in a way that doesn't actively harm anybody and makes them happy, but I kind of hope that they aren't alive anymore.

Am I not working hard enough to be considered an online artist? Are my priorities wrong if ArtFight isn’t occupying my every thought in July? Am I still valid as an artist on the Internet and as a person if I don’t do ArtFight?

These aren’t rhetorical questions, by the way.

Besides, it makes me too self-conscious about the whole thing. All I could do when I *did* participate was two attacks on mutuals and updating my ref sheets. Both of these were in separate YEARS. And here’s all these other people doing multiple beautiful attacks and revenges on the same day.

I can draw other people’s OC’s the other eleven months of the year. I don’t have to put up with not only a website that doesn’t work half the time, but also pointless competitions and keeping up with attacks for other people to draw mine. Commissions exist. Art trades exist. Gift art exists.
