is it okay to still consider 2011X/LordX, Faker, Mortis and so on as official cuz it can be a pretty hard label to drop like that and I think the X-verse is a perfect re-introduction to the concept as a whole

I know it's just a label and that nothing will really change but as silly as it sounds, that label feels important to me? As a fan? Idk but I know there are some people that feel the same

But that's just me personally tbh

Because I know for a fact that I personally won't really be able to drop if, as I see characters like 2011X as THE modern representation of what Sonic.EXE "is" today, as to not be tied to whatever the hell JC made

And also cuz imo, your 'canon' is a very good re-introduction of what .exe 'is' today
