You know the craziest part…? That “weird” comment was directed at J.D. Vance, and somehow, J.D. Vance has turned out to be the most normal and well-adjusted person in the Trump administration, comparatively speaking.

I’m not a programmer. The most I’ve done is dabble with a few Stardew Valley mods. But like, I wouldn’t trust an LLM to write a basic C+ script for a Stardew Valley mod, let alone the a massive social media website.

The BlueSky team are so funny, because in their hearts, they’re all Silicon Valley tech types and they’re instinctively driven towards really bad ideas, but they’re stuck with a user base that’s like “wtf are you guys doing? That’s a really bad idea,” and they all hate it.

Funny story: the other day, I was browsing BlueSky, and I noticed something was wrong when I got a post from an account named “BLUE WAVE” post an AI video of Trump as a baby.

I was like “wtf is this…? Oh, somehow I accidentally set my feed to Discover. That explains it, lol.”
