The description for a modded item from the Binding of Isaac, the following description applies to the player character: "-0.2 Speed. Moving spawns a rock shockwave around you. The shockwave's radius scales with player size. Immune to crushing damage." The crushing damage includes damage from Rock Hosts, Mom's Foot, and Rock Tests

One of the items I'm making for my Binding of Isaac mod soon! The spritework and costume isn't done yet but the effect should be fully functional

Another modded item I finished the functionality of quite a few days ago, this one is quite strong but I'm pretty happy with the theming of it

new item for my TBOI Sequel Items Mod, it's not the most unique idea but I think it'd be fun to play with in a real run

Introducing Stress Ball, on top of the item effect shown, I also made unique costumes for Keeper, Forgotten, Apollyon and Blue Baby!
