I think this can happen parallel to each other. Local assemblies and international spoke councils. Coordinated labor, debt, student strikes. Recruiting and building up collectives in existing media, tech, and the unions. There’s a lot that could be done and mirrored domestically and internationally

We need an organized anti-authoritarian left that collaborates horizontally with the intention of stopping the global spread of autocracy.

There is organizing happening already of course but this is in silos. The 2010s during the springs and occupy was the closest thing to that (for my lifetime.) We were speaking with occupations around the world and being inspired by each other. What we need now is more than just solidarity signs.

We can not riot our way out of this. Nor can we simply wait for the midterms and vote for the same people. We need a bit of everything but most importantly we need a strategy, dare I say unity, and it will need to be international.

The truth which they know is that there is no organized left. The left is not a threat and the politicians that they are saying are the left are just as corrupt and greedy as them. That doesn’t matter bc the media has mostly been destroyed and there’s not really a counter to their misinformation.

For the last decade the right has been organizing globally, buying up media companies, and getting their people into more legacy organizations. They have been preparing for this day, this moment and have a united blueprint which they are following.

I was karaoking at a bar and this young French guy asked me where I was from and I said LA. He said he was sad about Charlie Kirk. The interaction felt weird until I watched the French news the next morning.

Every time I turned on the news they had something about Charlie Kirk.
