One day I should do an Easy run so I can try out all the weapons, including the Exotics, but I tend to stick with Standard and Heavy. The Fusion Cannon is surprisingly useful late-game, and grenades are everywhere and highly effective.

Yeah, Naval is usually my build too. I take a few levels in Psi Amp stuff if I have the modules to spare, in part because invisibility is SO useful at certain points and other abilities have strong benefits. My big push is to rush for the Assault Rifle, though. Absolute GOAT of the game.

I can't count the number of times I've replayed it, it's so fucking good.

I'm not good enough at it to try an Impossible OSA run though.

-Yes, I know Look Outside only came out last year, but it dug its way into my brain *instantly*.

-My favorite Master of Orion 2 setup is Subterranean, Telepathic, Unification, Repulsive, -10% ground combat. You don't need to invade planets if you can just mind control them instantly!

-I was an active member of the DOOM modding community back in the 2000s, and have music in a few WADs like Point of No Return and Action Doom 2's secret zombie level. Back when I was a youngster, I could beat Hell Revealed and Plutonia on UV.

This is incomplete, but a good spread. Needs a few notes though:

I wish I could have met her. I'm glad to have at least known her online, she was an amazing person who added incredible things to the world.

She's also just an incredibly cool, kind and dedicated person.

I've been writing in the HDG setting for a minute now, and it's Kanagen's work that ultimately inspired me to write my first story in it. Kanagen is an incredibly skilled, inventive and compelling author, and if her kind of smut is your jam you owe it to yourself to check it out. <3
