Oh! Somewhat more (perhaps much more) intellectually, did you know that, with a B♭ instrument, like a bari sax, you can play a bass clef (e.g. trombone part) as if it were treble clef, as long as you keep track of and adjust key signature and accidentals appropriately.

Brass players are basically spraying their spit into their instrument all the time. At least, with a woodwind, we put our spit on the reed and it just gradually vibrates into the airflow into the instrument, so, not used as often as brass spit valve. (TMI? lol)

Have you ever met (especially a young) cat who wasn't nosy??? It wasn't even an insult. Ella never rolled in the litter, but, I can't say Amanda's far behind in growing up, will evaluate when she turns 2.

Remember, though Ella isn't a streets of Detroit cat, she is a WV country cat, she seen shit.

Also, Amanda DID roll in the litter today (although it was fairly fresh). Spreads that dirty sand all over the f'ing house. Ella is very clean.

Ella holds her own because sometimes Amanda doesn't know what's coming and is still kitten-level jumpy. Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee.
