I'm so not in the mood for toxic positivity. I feel awful but my mum is the worst. She doesn't understand that not everything needs to be amazing something can be painful. Growth is painful. Self-love is painful. Unpacking those emotions or your true self is extremely difficult for LGBT+ people.
