Thought I'd get ahead on the current book I'm recording, but the 5 year old has decided their body "needs to jump" every time I go in the booth so...

First day back in the booth in a week! Doing pickups for The Havoc in My Head, and then a few intros for webcomics. Feels nice and cozy 🥰

Before I bake a thousand cookies for christmas eve, I bake for my damn self, and whew...yes ma'AM

My kid woke up with a stuffy nose and a cough and I know it's just "sick season" but it took nearly a month for me to get my voice back last time 😭 about to go buy every immune support item on the shelf

After 4 weeks out, it felt so damn good to get back in the recording booth last night! She is a lil messy tho 😂

I promised my kiddo we'd decorate today - after 8 hours in the car yesterday, I'd like to be a slug instead. Time for the old records to get me in the mood 🤶

Ooh, I've never tried those. I can't do the standard "throat coat" tea because the idea of anise or black licorice is a hard pass for me, so I need to look into those!!
