The more I study on the Family Code the more I see that laws enacted decades ago were pretty sexist

I swear my free days consist of me trying to figure out if I should either play games, mix songs, or binge anime while dreading all the things I need to study for

There was a case a few years back in the PH regarding same-sex marriage, using the Constitution's equal protection clause as a point of argument towards marriage being limited to male and female. However it was dismissed due to lack of merit.

Maybe they should run it back?
