I just passed a weird milestone. I've now seen more Jesús Franco films (98) than Chang Cheh films (97). Unless I get really busy watching John Ford (76) or Godfrey Ho (81) films, Uncle Jess is probably going to stay on top.

Sorpresiva y vivaz peliculita de crimen que se corona como de lo mejorcito de Aronofsky porque sus trucos artificiosos y torpeza al filmar benefician las pocas pretensiones de esta historia de crimen menor y corriente.

Tan extraña como desfallecida, ya sea por su descolorida y poco contundente trama, tono menguado y apagadas visuales burdas o incluso por sus efectos flojos.
